Product Overview

　　JS composite waterproof coating is a green and environmentally friendly waterproof coating, recommended by the state for residential building waterproofing. This material is a two-component waterproof coating composed of organic liquid and inorganic powder. It possesses the dual characteristics of high elasticity of organic materials and good durability of inorganic materials, forming a high-strength and tough waterproof coating film after application.

It can be directly applied on wet or dry substrates of various materials without sagging on the facade;

The coating is highly strong, tough, water-resistant, weather-resistant, and has excellent durability; it can be pigmented to form a colored coating;

Water-based paint is non-toxic, odorless, pollution-free, and environmentally friendly; * it is easy to apply, requires a short construction period, can be applied on damp substrates, and has strong adhesive strength;

The coating possesses a certain degree of breathability, ensuring that even if the substrate is wet, there will be no bulging of the waterproof layer.

Scope of Application

JS composite waterproof coating can be applied on wet or dry masonry, mortar, concrete, metal, wood, hard plastic, glass, gypsum board, foam board, asphalt, rubber, SBS roll, APP roll, polyurethane, etc. It can be used in both industrial and civil buildings, both new and old (e.g., houses, walls, underground structures, tunnels, bridges, pools, reservoirs, bathrooms, kitchens).

Precautions

 Construction cannot be carried out in environments below 0℃, as well as in rainy and snowy weather. Indoor construction can be provided with insulation treatment;

 The materials should be prepared as needed. Once the mixture is cured, it cannot be reused with water;

 Neutral inorganic pigments should be selected for color coatings;

 The painting interval between layers should be based on the principle that the previous coat is dry and non-sticky, and the scraping direction of the two layers should be perpendicular.
