Product Introduction

The water-soluble polyurethane foam waterstop agent is a prepolymer high-molecular chemical grouting leak-stopping material prepared by reacting a hydrophilic polyether polyol with a polyisocyanate to form a solution containing isocyanate groups at the ends, and then reacting it with a certain proportion of polymeric MDI. It has an immediate leak-stopping effect on water seepage in concrete structures.

Product Features

◎ It has good hydrophilicity and will undergo polymerization immediately upon contact with water. It disperses, emulsifies, and consolidates with sand, gravel, and lime to form a highly elastic consolidated body that quickly blocks cracks, providing excellent waterproofing.

◎ The solidification time can be controlled, and the consolidation time of the product after encountering water can be adjusted from tens of seconds to hundreds of seconds.

◎ High expansibility. Excellent toughness, minimal shrinkage, strong adhesion to the base layer, and strong adaptability to water quality.

◎ It has good groutability and can be used for grouting even at low temperatures. Single-fluid grouting makes construction simple and cleaning easy.

◎ We can customize and produce environmentally friendly water-soluble polyurethane leak stoppers according to customer needs.

Packaging, Storage, and Transportation

     Special iron drums, 20kg (10kg) per drum. Normally stored in a dry and cool place, avoiding direct sunlight, rain, inversion, and heavy pressure.

Precautions

      ◎ Please wear protective equipment (such as gloves, masks, and goggles) during application to avoid direct skin contact. If contaminated, please immediately rinse with plenty of water. If the product gets into your eyes, seek medical attention immediately.

      ◎ This product is a solvent-based material. During application, ensure adequate ventilation and keep away from sources of ignition. Do not use open flames in the vicinity of the application area until the material has cured.

      ◎ After using the machine, it must be cleaned immediately with acetone and xylene.
