TPO waterproofing membrane is a sheet-like and rollable waterproof material made from thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) material that combines ethylene propylene (EP) rubber and polypropylene using advanced polymerization technology as the base material, polyester fiber mesh fabric as the matrix reinforcement material, and advanced processing technology. This material has both the long-term weather resistance and durability of ethylene propylene (EP) rubber, as well as the weldability of polypropylene. A layer of polyester fiber fabric is sandwiched between two layers of TPO material to enhance its physical properties, improve its fracture strength, fatigue resistance, and puncture resistance. The TPO on the surface of the reinforcement layer has a high reflectivity and a light colored smooth surface mainly composed of white. Due to the absence of chlorine, it is beneficial for environmental protection and construction.

Product Features

TPO coil is made by combining ethylene propylene rubber and polypropylene using advanced polymerization technology, which combines the excellent weather resistance and durability of ethylene propylene rubber with the weldability of polypropylene.

Special formula technology, without the need for any plasticizers that can easily make the material brittle, can have high flexibility and will not cause the phenomenon of general polyolefin materials becoming brittle due to plasticizer migration, maintaining long-term waterproof function.

It is sandwiched with a layer of polyester fiber fabric, providing high tensile performance, fatigue resistance, and puncture resistance of the roll material, suitable for mechanical fixed roof systems.

Excellent high and low temperature resistance, maintaining flexibility at -40 ° C and mechanical strength at higher temperatures.

● Chemical resistance, acid, alkali, salt, animal oil, vegetable oil, lubricating oil corrosion, and resistance to microbial growth such as algae and mold.
