Product Overview

       Pre laid waterproofing membrane is a self-adhesive waterproofing membrane made of polyester fiber felt or polymer material as the base material, coated with self-adhesive modified asphalt on both sides, and coated with special bonding adhesive on the upper surface. The lower surface is covered with isolation materials such as polyethylene film and polyester film, and the upper surface is coated with silicon isolation film or silicon isolation paper as isolation materials. It is suitable for pre laid anti adhesive construction.

1. Pre laying is the process of laying waterproofing membranes in advance, which involves first laying the waterproofing membranes and then pouring concrete. The concrete can be firmly bonded to the membranes.

2. The products are divided into plastic waterproof rolls (P class), asphalt based polyester tire waterproof rolls (PY class), and rubber waterproof rolls (R class) according to the main materials.

3. Thickness of pre laid waterproofing membrane products:

P type: The full thickness of the coil is 1.2mm, 1.5mm, and 1.7mm. PY class: 4.0mm.

Class R: The full thickness of the coil is 1.5mm and 2.0mm.
